The Wealth 100 meets in person every quarter for our Mastermind events. Each event is held for 2 days. George is the founder of The Wealth 100 Mastermind, The Wealth 100 Podcast, and a partner in a variety of entities from real estate, a mental health agency, and a digital products company.

After 30 years of entrepreneurship and helping to scale his family business to over 100 employees and multiple millions in revenue, he founded The Wealth 100 Mastermind. George specifically founded The Wealth 100 Mastermind to impact men and women in his community.
He truly believes that with self-development and access to wealth-building opportunities, the lives and communities of The Wealth 100 members will be transformed.
Thaddeus “TJ” Jenkins
TJ is the founder of The Wrijen Company. The Wrijen Company is a full-service marketing and advertising agency specializing in the African American consumer.
With over 18 years of proven client results, Mr. Jenkins has been able to provide profitable marketing strategies and brand awareness to multiple industries. TJ is also a principal in Freedman’s Health which is a medical consultancy in Washington D.C..

Tamara Bloedoorn, RN
Tamara is a registered nurse and partner in Mid-State Health Systems, Inc. Tamara has served as the RN Administrator for Mid-State for over 20 years. She is also a founding partner of Triple T Hauling and Freight, LLC. Triple T is a regional trucking and logistics company in which Tamara serves as President.
Jonathan Best
Jonathan is the Project Diversity & Development Manager for SAMET Corporation. In his current position, Jonathan has the responsibility of creating partnerships with minority-owned and women-owned business entities in the commercial construction space. In his capacity, Jonathan has been responsible for helping MWBE’s participate in multiple $100 million plus opportunities and expand their reach.
James Montague
James is the founder of F7 Development. Over the years James has developed a variety of projects from strip centers, senior facilities, affordable housing developments, and a hospital in Nigeria. His largest project to date is a $250 million joint venture between F7 Development, Greystone Development, and Gilbane Development. This project includes 1000 apartments, a six-story parking garage, a 42,000 sq. ft office building and 20,000 sq. ft of retail space.
